A person who supplies something for an expedition, activity, etc. Fitter is an engineering trade. It deals with assembling manufacturing which fit each other in an assembly. Fitter is a branch of mechanical engineering and in this 2 year course, you learn to make diffterent types metal sizes and shapes which is the core of fitter trade. Fitter means who puts together or installs machinery, engine parts, or other equipment.
